Welcome to the PVAG website!

In 1999 I had the awesome opportunity to become Senior Pastor to a group of people who comprise what is known as Pleasant Valley Assembly of God.   Through the past several years we have embarked upon a journey to discover who we are as a church, and what it is that God wants to do through us.  We believe we have found the answer to those two thoughts in one simple statement:  Minister Kingdom Principles to City Issue.   It is our belief that the principles of the Kingdom of God offer answers to the issues that are present in our city.  For more information, see Framework for Ministry Booklet.

To effectively minister Kingdom Principles to City Issues it is imperative that we have a strong, vibrant and healthy church body made up of people who are looking to be used by God for His Kingdom. In doing this we strive to meet the needs of today’s contemporary culture by offering a variety of programs that minister to a wide array of people. Do you want more than a Sunday religious experience?  Do you desire to impact people for the kingdom of God?  Do you want God to transform your city?  PVAG might be the church for you.
